Julian Gaertner, 易宇航 is an upcoming Hong Kong actor, artist  and entrepreneur. He has appeared in international productions as well as local TV host and numerous show invitations. His film works are in Cantonese, Mandarin and German.

Julian Benedikt Gaertner was born and raised in Germany, lived in San Diego, USA and holds a bachelor degree of the University of Hong Kong. From his childhood onwards Julian enjoyed an environment for artistic expression. He engaged with clay, stone -cutting and painting as well as theatre. Later works include Film and Photography.

Julian’s artistic expression is ultimatly related to his experience in the emerisive environment in Asia.

His work addresses cultural diversity and the rapid changes of a modern society. He engages in direct and deep communication with the people and participantes in their lives. His current art reflects on impressions and dialogues with the new chinese society, their feels hopes and dreams.
